When filling out the RSVP, we collect your name, email and meal preference. We process this information to manage specific aspects of our wedding which involve the determination of the participant number and the organisation of the wedding menu.  This information will be collected from us until one month after the wedding day and afterwards it will be deleted in accordance with the website policy.

wHo has access to your data

All the website administrators can see and elaborate the information you provided through the contact form. In addition, your information might be provided to the wedding location and the caterer to arrange the menu. No additional third parties are entitled to access to your data.

What rights you have over your data

If you have filled out the contact form on this site, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you.
